JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Duties and responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Answer the telephone, take messages ,or direct the call to our office personnel.
  2. Greet visitors and advise personnel of their arrival.
  3. Perform errands for the office in the company car.  Errands would consist of the post office, bank, UPS, HEB pickup, etc. Must have a valid TX DL
  4. Keep reception room neat, and keep work areas neat and organized.
  5. Work with a PC or Mac computer.  MS office, (Word, Excel, Entourage, Power point, Dymo labeler).  Will check emails daily, write emails, write letters, and work with spreadsheets.  Will also order office supplies, supplies for the business from various sites like Amazon, Staples, Ebay, etc.
  6. Assist the bookkeeping department with matching invoices to vendor statements, calling a vendor for a receipt.
  7. Assist management with various tasks, including organizing binders, making labels for the binders, etc.
  8. Come to work on time.  We would also need to know if advance for any time off for an appointment, trip, etc.

Job is located in Edinburg Tx
payrate is 13.50/hr
This job opening is part-time schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-12pm (additional hours as needed)
